Welcome to Ms. Boykin's Class
I went back to school to get my teaching license and masters degree in 2011 after having two young sons and working in the corporate world for seven years out of college. I've taught fourth grade for a year, first grade for three years, and kindergarten for the past seven years. I love seeing the growth of the young students and nourishing their excitement for learning so I'm very excited to join the first grade team at Blue Heron!

Welcome to first grade!  My name is Nancy Anderson and I am very excited to be your teacher this year!  I would like to take this opportunity to welcome both you and your family to our class. I am looking forward to meeting you and telling you about the exciting things we will be learning this year. I have been busy getting our classroom ready for all of our new friends.  I can’t wait to meet you and begin a fun-filled year together.
