Theory of Action

IF we educate district leaders and managers on how to implement and share techniques with their staff that will create, maintain, and support a culture of professionalism, THEN staff will work together to foster an atmosphere of respect and care for their peers, our students, and the greater community we serve


SMART Goal

  • By 2022, the averaged response to the following TLCC questions will be  85% favorable: 

    •  “The district provides principals with support when they need it” will be at least 85% favorable

    •  The district provides constructive feedback to school leadership to improve performance” will be at least 85% favorable.

    •  “The district makes principal professional development a priority” will be at least 85% favorable.
